The final seminar for the European project “INTEC: Developing an Innovative In-Service Training Model for ECEC Staff” will be organized by our Latvian project partner RTU LA (Riga Technical University Liepāja Academy) and held at the Liepāja Education Department (Peldu iela 5, Liepāja).

The primary theme of the event is the “Development of an Innovative Training Model for Preschool Education Specialists: Social and Green Sustainability in Education”.

The conclusive event will be dedicated to presenting the continuous professional development model designed during the project for preschool education specialists, with a special focus on social and green sustainability in educational practices.

During the meeting, the new transnational training program will be introduced, and national and international best practices for implementing sustainability in early childhood education will be actively discussed.

Furthermore, project participants will share their real-world experiences and stories, guided by expert speakers Vineta Pole and Jana Grava from RTU LA.

It is a unique opportunity for preschool teachers, school educators, educational institution managers, methodologists, and other interested professionals who wish to explore innovative professional development tools and connect over the importance of sustainability in education.
