The event brought together heads and deputy heads of preschool educational institutions, methodologists, representatives of the Liepāja Education Board, and members of the Preschool Support Association. 

 

During the seminar, participants were introduced to the continuous professional development model for preschool education specialists and the new transnational professional development programme developed within the INTEC Project.

The project’s implementation journey, key activities, and achievements since 2023 were also presented. 

 

A highlight of the event was the sharing of experiences by teachers who participated in the local and international INTEC courses.
Educators who attended training activities in Italy and Spain presented the knowledge, skills, and good practices they gained, demonstrating how social and green sustainability can be effectively integrated into early childhood education. 

 

The programme also included an interactive group activity focused on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), fostering discussion and reflection on national and international best practices in sustainability education. 

 

The seminar concluded with participant feedback and evaluation activities, followed by a special recognition moment to thank the preschool institutions, school leaders, and teachers whose active engagement and commitment greatly contributed to the success of the project.
