The third coordination meeting of the Intec Project has just come to an end in Liepaja. For two days, ECEC experts and researchers from all partner organisations gathered to discuss in depth the progress of the project.

A central focus was the overall evaluation of the training courses , which offered the opportunity to compare approaches and learning outcomes across the five modules dedicated to the internationalisation of preschool services, family participation , environmental sustainability , diversity and inclusion , as well as STEAM .

Partners also worked on the evaluation process of the Curriculum and advanced the design of a shared Job Shadowing model , a key tool to support the continuous professional development of teachers and ECEC professionals.

Looking ahead, the consortium also started preparing the Winter School for Pedagogical Coordinators, which will be hosted in Brussels in the coming months.

We warmly thank Riga Technical University of Liepaja for their kind hospitality and perfect organisation, which created the ideal environment for our meeting.

The next steps will be the finalisation of the Curriculum, the consolidation of the Job Shadowing model and the organisation of the Training Seminar for Pedagogical Coordinators in Brussels.
